Our clients have included employers/plan sponsors as small as one person, to businesses with thousands of employees. Pension Analysis Bureau, Inc. is independently owned and therefore works to provide only the best unbiased services for our clients.

Rather than using a standardized approach, we consult with our clients to help them determine the retirement plan design best suited for their individual as well as their business needs. Our staff of highly qualified professionals provides consulting and compliance services for defined contribution plans, such as new comparability profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, 457 plans, money purchase plans and target benefit plans, as well as defined benefit plans. We have 12 employees and our plan administrators have an average of almost 18 years experience in providing administrative assistance to our clients.

Investment services for our retirement plan clients are generally recommended by independant brokers and financial advisors.We partner with investment vendors who specialize in recordkeeping and ancillary services to facilitate participant-directed accounts and daily valuation services.

Our clients range in size from small closely held companies that may have only a few employees to organizations that have thousands of employees. We also assist many governmental organizations with their retirement plans. Although most of our clients are located in Texas, we have customers throughout the U.S.
